What are the deadlines for advertising?

Yes! We offer professional design assistance for all advertisers. Our Creative Team can design your ad from scratch or refine your existing materials. There is a flat $50 fee for creative services, which is included free with Half Page and Full Page ads.

When will I see my first proof?

You can typically expect to see your first proof within 7-10 business days. If you do not see your ad proof within that time frame, please check your spam folder as emails with attachments sometimes get flagged.

How does the creative process work?

Unless otherwise requested, our Creative Team will design your first draft using your website as a baseline. Once your first proof is sent via email, please review your ad carefully. We may request high-resolution versions of your logo and any other digital assets we need. We accept JPG, TIFF, PNG, PDF, SVG, and AI file formats.

What if I already have a print-ready ad?

If you already have a print-ready ad, simply email it to our Creative Team. A confirmation email will be sent once we receive your file. If your file is too large to email (greater than 5MB), you may use a file transfer service like WeTransfer, Dropbox, or Google Drive.

What happens if I miss my submission deadline?

All advertisers are given an artwork submission deadline when a purchase is made. If you may miss your deadline for any reason, please contact us right away so we may assist you. If you are unable to approve your ad on time, we will make an attempt to reach out before going to print. You may also request to move to the next edition at no additional fee, but this request must be made before we go to print.

Can I get a copy of my approved ad?

Yes, of course! Once approved, the ad is yours to keep. Just send us an email requesting the final artwork and we will send over a print-ready digital file of your completed ad for your records.

I have not received my book yet. Where is it?

Your edition may not be ready to print yet due to waiting on final approvals or late sales. Rest assured, it will still go to print within a reasonable amount of time. You will not lose any purchased advertising time as your run time begins from the distribution date.

What about delays? How will that affect my ad?

Your purchased run time is never affected by any distribution delays since your run time does not begin until the day the books go out to distribution. You will never lose any of your purchased run time due to distribution delays.

Can I upgrade my ad size or placement?

Yes! An upgrade is any change to the initial size or placement of your ad, giving you more visibility or space for additional imagery and content. Please reach out to discuss upgrade options and pricing. Note that print dates will not be altered to accommodate an upgrade, so please pay attention to artwork deadlines.

What is your cancellation policy?

All sales are final and non-refundable as stated in our terms and conditions. Once your category is reserved, it is removed from the sales floor and the design process begins. We fulfill our agreement by designing your ad and publishing it in print.
